Design Review Board (DRB)
The Design Review Board will review and approve plans for any patio, deck, major house addition, landscaping projects, change in outside house color, replacement roof shingles, etc., see entire list in Member Handbook, to make sure the request is in compliance with the HOA Design Standards. Applications are located on the Member Handbook page. Applications must be submitted to the Design Review Board prior to any work is started. Go to Design Review Board page to submit application.
